Lotus Motors announced today that its new car, the pure electric supercar Emira, will officially make its debut at the 2023 Guangzhou Auto Show in China on November 17 and is expected to be launched in 2024.
It was previously reported that Lotus Emira has previously completed the declaration with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Its length, width and height are 5139mm/2005mm/1464 (1467) mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 3069mm.
Among them, the white model has a top speed of 250km/h, and the front and rear dual motors are both 225kw; the black model has a top speed of 256km/h, the front motor power is 225kw power, and the rear motor power reaches 450kw.
According to previously announced official information, the Lotus Emira model has a maximum output of 905 horsepower and a built-in 102kWh battery pack. The standard version has a WLTP cruising range of up to 600 kilometers, and the R high-performance sports version has a WLTP cruising range of up to 490 kilometers.
In other respects, the car has a top speed of 256 km/h, accelerates from 0-100 km/h in just 2.78 seconds, and has a drag coefficient of 0.21.
The car is equipped with 2 Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chips, 4 LiDAR chips, and 2 NVIDIA Orin-X chips. It is expected to perform very well in autonomous assisted driving.
In addition, the car is equipped with a 102kWh battery that supports 800V fast charging with a maximum charging power of 350kW. It only takes 18 minutes to charge from 10% to 80%.
The car also has a 55-inch AR-HUD head-up display and uses a KEF 3D surround sound system. The new car will start production in 2024 at the Wuhan factory in China operated by Geely Automobile.
