The opening movie for the PS4 version of Key’s text-based adventure game LOOPERS has been released.
The game was created by Dragon Knight 07, the author of “The Time of the Cicada”, and tells the story of several teenage girls who are trapped in the “vortex of time” and want to escape from the infinite cycle of “today”.
The game was released on PC on May 28, 2021, on iOS and Android on July 20 of the same year, and on Nintendo Switch on June 2 of this year.
The PS4 version will be released on February 16, 2023, in English, Japanese and Simplified Chinese for 3520 yen (tax included) for the physical version and 2970 yen (tax included) for the digital version.
The story of this game is based on a high school student who is passionate about GPS scavenger hunting games, Hirara Akira is the main character, in a treasure hunt he and his companions fell into the vortex of time, imprisoned by the infinite cycle of time, where they also met the same as themselves caught in this cycle of teenage girls, they will work together to escape from the prison of time.
