Letv has been off the grid for quite a while now, the Letv L6 will welcome the company back into the smartphone market. Recent images on TENAA show the design and specs of this device. But how did this once daring smartphone brand go silent?
Letv’s business hit some turbulent times as a result of its weak financial background. Some years back, the company faced delisting processes and China suspended the trading of Letv stocks. The patients attributed to this company were sold off in an auction, crippling the business.
Although this brand saw a drawback in its device production process, it is making a dramatic comeback. In September 2021, it launched the Letv S1 and the Letv Watch W6 smartwatch, which was announced earlier this year. This proves that the dry bones are certainly coming back to life, and the leaked images show that there is more in store that the Letv community is yet to receive.
Letv L6 leaked images, design and specs
The Letv L6 leaked design is quite simple yet elegant, the device uses a teardrop display. The said display might be viewed as being outdated by some people, especially on a flagship level. This design might point out that the device in question will be a budget device. On the back panel of the Letv L6 is a dual-camera setup, quite similar to the design on the iPhone 13 and 13 mini.
This device uses a 6.5 inch TFT display with a resolution of 720 x 1560 pixels. With a dimension of 164.377.79.7mm, the Letv L6 is a thick device when placed side-by-side with the competition. This device will most likely use a Unisoc processor paired with a 2.0GHz CPU frequency and an internal storage variant of 4GB of RAM, 32GB, 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB of ROM.
The camera abilities of this device are quite basic, hence putting it in line with a budget device. It has a dual main camera housing, a 13MP main camera and an 8MP additional camera. The selfie camera is a 5MP housed in a teardrop cutout on the display.
The Letv device will launch running Android OS, the exact version is not certain. It’ll also come packed with a 4000mAh battery. On launch, the Letv L6 will have only one colour variant, which is a solid black colour.
