Today, Lenovo announced a 5K display with a gaming screen, model number ThinkVision P40W, which will launch in May.
According to reports, Lenovo ThinkVision P40W display is a 40-inch 21:9 ratio curved screen, 5K*2K resolution, 98% DCI-P3 color gamut, and equipped with Thunderbolt 4 interface.
This monitor was initially released globally in February 2021. It measures 39.7 inches and has a resolution of 5120 x 2160 in a 21:9 ratio, which can be seen as an extended version of a 16:9 4k monitor. It is factory calibrated to 99% sRGB / 98% DCI-P3 with an average delta-E <2. The panel can display 10-bit color depth, is HDR10 compliant, and has a 2500R curvature.
In terms of interfaces, this monitor has Thunderbolt 4, HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.4 interfaces, and the Thunderbolt interface also supports 100W external power supply.
Last year, Lenovo announced that the display would be priced at $1,699.
