In May, Lenovo released the ThinkPad P16 professional mobile graphics workstation overseas, priced from $2019 (about RMB 13,800). Today, the Lenovo ThinkPad P16 China version was officially announced, and officials said the book will be available soon. The new ThinkPad P16 is equipped with 12th generation Core HX series processors, optional i5-12600HX, i7-12800HX and i9-12900HX, graphics up to 16GB memory RTX A5500, support 128GB DDR5 memory, and can install two PCIe 4.0 SSDs.
As for the screen, there are three options for this notebook: a 16-inch OLED screen that supports 4K resolution, 16:10 ratio, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage, 400 nits brightness, and Dolby Vision support. There are also two IPS screens that support 4K and HD resolutions respectively.
For cooling, the book is equipped with two large-size fans, a large VC even thermal plate has been added, dual copper tube cooling is also available, and the cooling channels have been modified to hold down the CPU and GPU.
The interfaces are provided with two USB-A 3.2, two Thunderbolt 4 USB-C, one USB-C 3.4, HDMI 2.1, 3.5mm headphone jack, SD card slot, etc.
