AMD launched its Ryzen 7000 series mobile processors in September this year, the “Mendocino” series for low-cost notebook computers. AMD describes it as tailor-made for “everyday laptops” and combines Zen 2 CPU cores with high-end RDNA 2.
But Mendocino revealed only one partner at launch: Acer and its Aspire 3 series.
Now, Notebook Italia has spotted several new items in Lenovo’s product library, clearly indicating that the Lenovo Ideapad 1 will also be powered by Mendocino processors, including the Ryzen 5 7520U, Ryzen 3 7320U, and Athlon Gold 7220U.
However, this series of models seems to be only sold in some markets, such as the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia, where the Lenovo Hong Kong official store starts at 3398 Hong Kong dollars, which is equivalent to 3082 CNY.

Judging from the previously exposed specifications, the gap between Ryzen 3 7320U and Ryzen 5 7520U is very small, both are 4 cores and 8 threads, the former has a maximum of 4.1GHz, and the latter has a maximum of 4.3GHz. Both are equipped with 2CU RDNA2 core display, and the GPU frequency is both 1.9GHz, the default TDP of both processors is 15W.
This series of processors is Zen2 architecture but uses a newer 6nm process, and the L3 cache is only 4MB. In terms of memory, this series of processors supports 2-channel LPDDR5-5500 memory, while the Ryzen 6000 series mobile processors support LPDDR5-6400 memory.
In addition, there are two new Athlon processors, namely Silver 7120U and Gold 7220U. The former is 2 cores and 2 threads, and the latter is 2 cores and 4 threads. The core display is also Radeon 610M, 2CU 1900MHz.
