Kingston recently launched the XS1000 mobile SSD, a compact file backup solution that weighs less than 29 grams and is easy to carry.
According to reports, Kingston XS1000 provides read speeds of up to 1050 MB/s and capacities of 1TB and 2TB, equipped with a USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 to USB-a data cable, and maintains backward compatibility.
The XS1000 is about the size of a remote key, is claimed to be “half the size of a standard SSD,” and comes with a five-year warranty and free technical support.
