Karma Gyesera official photo released, to launch in 2025

Recently, the official photo of Karma Gyesera was officially released. It will also become the brand’s first pure electric model. The new car is scheduled to be officially released this weekend and pre-orders will be opened. It will be officially launched in 2025, with a limited edition of 2,000 units, and the price is expected to exceed US$200,000, nearly three times that of the Model S. In addition, Karma also plans to launch the flagship model Kaveya in the fourth quarter of 2025, while the new generation Revero will start production in the third quarter of 2024 and will use a plug-in hybrid system.

Looking at the new car, the Karma Gyesera can actually be regarded as a product upgrade for the GS-6. The appearance of the car still retains some family-style design elements. The front face adopts irregular-shaped headlights and is replaced with a closed grille design. The lower surround vents can help dissipate heat and improve aerodynamics.

From the side, the new car still retains the graceful lines of the GT model. The side skirts are equipped with carbon fiber spoilers. The large-size wheels are also made of carbon fiber and have built-in 6-piston brake calipers and perforated brake discs. In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the new car are 5077/2004/1331mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 3160mm. The rear of the new car completely continues the design of the GS-6, and it still looks out of date even now.

In the interior part, the car also continues the design style of the GS-6, using a barrel-type air-conditioning outlet design, the central control screen is integrated below it, and behind it are the push-button shift mechanism and window controller. The steering wheel still adopts a triangular shape, and in front of it is an LCD instrument, which overall lacks surprises.

In terms of power, the new car’s motor has a maximum power of 598 horsepower and a peak torque of 940 Nm. It adopts rear-wheel drive. The energy storage system will be equipped with a 120kWh battery. The cruising range is expected to be 402km, the 0-96km/h acceleration time is 4.2 seconds, the top speed is about 217km/h, and the vehicle weight is about 2404kg.
