iQOO is reportedly planning to launch the iQOO Z7 and Z7x smartphones in China. Reports have claimed that both phones may debut later this month. Today, tipster Digital Chat Station leaked the key specifications of the iQOO Neo 8. Hence, it appears that the Neo 8 may debut in the third quarter of this year.
iQOO Neo 8 specifications
The leaker said that the iQOO Neo 8 will have the upcoming Dimensity 9200+. The said chipset will be an improved version of the existing Dimensity 9200 and is said to compete with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.
The leak further states that the iQOO Neo 8 will be equipped with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. It appears that the highest variant of the device will offer 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage.
The rest of the specifications of the iQOO Neo 8 are under wraps. The device is likely to rival the Dimensity 9200+-powered Redmi K60 Ultra. Since the Redmi flagship is expected to debut in the third quarter of this year, it is likely that the Neo 8 may break cover around the same time.
