iQOO is expected to announce the iQOO Neo 7 in December of this year. Initial reports claimed that the Neo 7 would feature the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset, while new reports said that it will have the Dimensity 8200 SoC onboard. A new leak that surfaced on Weibo reveals that iQOO will be launching two Neo-branded models. These devices will be called the iQOO Neo 7 and the Neo 7s.
To recall, the iQOO Neo 7 that launched in China last month is powered by the Dimensity 9000 Plus chipset. The model number of the device is V2231A.
The new leak reveals that the upcoming iQOO Neo 7s has the V2232A model number. It will feature the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset. The iQOO Neo 7 SE, has the V2238A model number, and is equipped with the upcoming Dimensity 8200 chipset.
The above-shown leaked photos reveal that the iQOO Neo 7s will come with 16GB of RAM, 8GB of virtual RAM, and 512GB of built-in storage. It will run on the OriginOS 3, which will be overlaid on the Android 13 OS.
According to a recent leak, the iQOO Neo 7s will feature a 120Hz AMOLED FHD+ display with support for a 120Hz refresh rate and an under-display fingerprint scanner. It will house a 5,000mAh battery with 120W charging. The device is expected to feature a 50-megapixel camera with OIS support.
Nothing much is known about the iQOO Neo 7 SE. It will probably pack the same specs as the iQOO Neo 7s, albeit featuring a different chipset.
