iQOO 11/Vivo X90 series phones use V2 ISP chips, reported will be released by end of this year

The iQOO 10 series is the first to feature 200W ultra-fast flash charging, with the fastest charge to 100% in 10 minutes. The iQOO 10 series is equipped with Qualcomm’s first-generation Snapdragon 8+ chip and its own V1+ chip, with a starting price of RMB 3699. Today, a blogger has brought news of the new iQOO 10 series and the new iterations of the Vivo X80 series.

The new iQOO 11 series and the new Vivo X90 series will both feature the latest in-house developed V2 ISP chip, digital blogger @DigitalChat revealed today. The new iQOO 11 series and the new Vivo X90 series will both be released at the end of the year, but it’s not certain who will be the first to launch.

The blogger said in the comments section that the new Vivo X90 series is likely to be released before the new iQOO 11 series and that the main chip supply issue is the availability of Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chips. Meanwhile, the blogger claimed that the new Vivo X90 series mega-cup (expected to be the Vivo X90 Pro+) will feature a 64MP telephoto lens, “kind of the first gradient in the industry, much better than the 8MP of its predecessor”.

On July 23, Jia Jindong, Vivo’s vice president of branding and general manager of brand and product strategy, revealed that Vivo will bring a new product with a telephoto experience close to that of the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and that you can keep an eye on the two nodes “in mid-August and mid-November”.

The blogger previously said that the new iQOO 11 series will feature a single-hole flexible screen with 2K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, which uses PWM dimming and Samsung E6 base material. At the same time, the new iQOO 11 series will feature a large base main camera and a 100-watt battery, powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip.

According to the blogger’s previous revelations, the X90 Standard Edition’s imaging and performance are the usual iterations, with the more obvious upgrades being the fast charging solution and screen quality, leaving the machine’s shortcomings to the secondary camera in general. Meanwhile, the Vivo X90 Pro + flagship phone will come with a 1-inch Super Sole + a high-quality new telephoto solution. As for the screen, the blogger says that there are two specifications for the Vivo X90 series of phone screens, a 1.5K resolution BOE (BOE) screen and a 2K resolution E6-based Samsung (SDC) screen.
