iPhone 14 series launch date, leaked specifications and prices

iPhone 14 series

Apple fans across the globe are waiting for the launch of the iPhone 14 series. This device will mark a new era for Apple smartphones, and the change to come is much expected by a lot of people. The launch date is September 13, and its features and price are now available, (although they aren’t directly from Apple).

For years now, Apple has adopted the notch screen cutout for its devices. The iPhone X series was the first device to use this design language, and it became a tradition for Apple devices. People were getting fed up with the constant notch display on iPhones, whereas other Android smartphone brands were eradicating the selfie cutout.

Apple has finally made the decision to eliminate the notch on the iPhone 14 screen. This elimination will only remove the notch from the iPhone 14 Pro devices and replace it with a pill-shaped cutout. The regular variants will still have the notch camera on the screen.

The leaked specifications of this coming device aren’t 100% credible but came from various leakers. For screen size, buyers will get four iPhone 14 models in different sizes. All sizes are 6.1-inch (base model and Pro), and 6.7-inch for Max and Pro Max variants.

The iPhone 14 series will use two processors, the Pro models will use the A16 Bionic chip, and other models will use the A15 Bionic chip. There is no information on the power of the coming bionic A16 chip, but as with Apple tradition, the company will showcase its abilities during the launch event. Pricing and availability will also be talked about during the iPhone 14 launch, but we can expect the price to range from $799 for the base model to $1199 for the Pro Max.
