According to 9to5mac, reliable sources revealed that Apple is about to release the first beta version of iOS 17.5, with the internal version number 21F5048f.
The source has been leaking information just before the update is released, so iOS 17.5 Beta 1 may arrive this week. Additionally, Google Analytics data obtained by 9to5Mac also shows signs that iOS 17.5 is coming.
It is noticed that the iOS 17.4 update previously released on March 5 brought many new features, such as app store selection support for the EU market, new radio program transcripts for Apple Podcasts, and improved “Find My Device” ” and Siri features, plus more new emojis.
It’s unclear what specific features iOS 17.5 will include. However, Apple has previously announced that it will introduce more changes for EU users to comply with the requirements of the Digital Market Act. One of the major changes is to allow developers to provide app downloads directly through its website. Apple says this feature will be available in the spring, suggesting it may be included in the iOS 17.5 update.
