Apple released two promotional videos for iPhone 14 on its official YouTube channel on Monday. One video focuses on Action Mode, while the other introduces the Unsend iMessage feature.
Introducing Action Mode
The first video focuses on Action Mode on the iPhone 14 model, which uses an ultra-wide angle lens to capture video with exceptional stability.
iPhone Motion Mode is a new video feature first introduced by Apple for iPhone 14. Motion Mode is mainly able to follow the main character without the need to stabilize the phone when shooting videos, as long as it is handheld, and the picture will not show substantial shaking, movement and vibration, even if the handheld shooting can also be shot smoothly and smoothly.
The iPhone Motion mode works mainly by using the second-generation optical stabilization of the sensor inside the lens, which Apple says is combined with full-frame over scan and advanced vibration compensation technology (roll correction) to maintain motion picture stabilization while shooting on the move, so that users do not need to carry additional equipment. The motion mode also supports Dolby Vision HDR recording.
Unsend iMessage
Another video released by Apple today is titled “R.I.P. Leon” and highlights the Unsend iMessage feature in iOS 16. The half-minute video is a fun way to show how users can avoid awkward situations by deleting iMessages sent to both parties.
In the Messages app, you can withdraw or edit a recent message, giving you the opportunity to fix a typo or retract a message that was mistakenly sent to the wrong contact. The recipient will see that you have withdrawn a message and your edit history.
To recall or edit text messages, you must be using iMessage on iOS 16 or later, iPadOS 16 or later, or macOS Ventura. If the recipient’s device has an earlier version of iOS, they’ll receive a follow-up message that begins with “Edited” and your new message in quotes. Text messages cannot be recalled or edited.
