Foreign media VideoCardz today revealed the appearance of the SuperMicro W790 motherboard. The motherboard will support Intel’s upcoming 4th generation Xeon-W series Xeon workstation processors.
According to the description, this is an E-ATX motherboard with six PCIe X16 slots, support for 8 channels of memory, 16 memory slots, and three M.2 SSD slots.
According to the news previously revealed by the foreign media VideoCardz, Intel’s new workstation processors include the W5, W7, and W9 series, a number of cores from 12 to 56 cores.
The news that Intel’s new generation of high-performance workstation processors will include the Xeon W-3400 and Xeon W-2400 series, not using the Core on the size of the core design, are Golden Cove large core.
