The non-K model of Intel Core i9-13900 (24 cores, 32 threads) scores have been revealed. As found by Benchleaks, the Intel Core i9-13900 has an optimized base TDP of 65W and will have a base TDP of 125W (PL1) on an unlocked chip. The processor’s maximum RWD is estimated to be over 200W, but it won’t reach the 250W of the i9-13900K.
As for the core configuration, the Intel Core i9-13900 Raptor Lake CPU will have the same 24 cores and 32 threads as the Core i9-13900K, with 68 MB of total cache. the only difference is the aforementioned power limit, which is slightly lower for non-K chips and clock speeds, with a base clock frequency of 2.0 GHz base clock and a maximum RWD of 5.6 GHz. The 13900K has a 3.0 GHz base clock and a 5.8 GHz RWD. full-core clock management on Non-K chips will also be somewhat conservative, so multi-core performance will not be as much of a boost as it would be if the SKUs were unlocked.
As a result, the Intel Core i9-13900 Non-K Raptor Lake CPU scored 2130 points in Geekbench 5 for a single core and 20,131 points in a multi-core benchmark. This compares to a single-core score that is 10% faster than the Core i9-12900K and 26% faster than the Raptor 9 5950X. Multi-core scores, while not as good as the 13900K, are still in the multi-digit range, up 17 percent over the Core i9-12900K and 22 percent over the Ryzen 9 5950X.
