YouTube channel Moore’s Law Is Dead shared the Intel Meteor Lake mobile product line in the latest video.
A presentation titled “Meteor Lake Preliminary Mobile SKU Lineup” was shared in the video, detailing the MTL-U, MTL-P, and MTL-H processors, and mentioning the 55W PL1 power-constrained Raptor Lake Refresh (RPL) processor.
The summary information is as follows:
Intel Meteor Lake-U
The low-end MTL-U SKUs are limited by the 7W PL1 TDP and range from a 5-core Core i3 to a 9-core Core i7:
Core i3 processor
It includes 5 cores, 1 P core and 4 E cores, and 3 Xe integrated graphics cores.
Up to Core i7 processor
It includes 9 cores, 1 P core and 8 E cores, and 4 Xe integrated graphics cores.
The high-end MTL-U processor has a 15W PL1 TDP limit, and you can choose up to a 12-core Core i7, equipped with 4 P cores + 8 E cores, and 7 or 8 Xe integrated graphics cores.
Intel Meteor Lake-P
Next, introduce the 28W MTL-P. The slide shows that the Core i5 model can be equipped with up to 10 cores (2 P cores + 8 E cores), with 4/7 Xe integrated graphics cores; the Core i7 can be equipped with up to 14 cores. Core (6 P cores + 8 E cores), with 8 Xe integrated graphics cores.
Meteor Lake-H
Meteor Lake-H includes a 12-core Core i5, a 14-core Core i7, and a 14-core Core i9, all with eight Xe integrated graphics cores and a PL1 power limit of 45W.
In addition to the MTL lineup, MLID also leaked a slide that mentions that MTL’s Xe LPG iGPU has a 33% increase in graphics cores over the Iris Xe in the Raptor Lake chip.
The Iris Xe graphics inside the Intel Raptor Lake mobile processor is equipped with up to 96 execution units (EU), and MTL’s Xe LPG iGPU can pack up to 128 EU, an increase of 33%.
