According to Intel’s official website, Intel’s latest release of the 13th generation Core i5-13400 processor is confirmed to be available in both B0 and C0 step versions.
Intel’s 12th generation Core uses a C0 step chip with up to 8 large cores + 8 small cores, while the latest 13th generation Core uses a B0 chip with up to 8 large cores + 16 small cores.
The i5-13400 mixes the chips of both the 12th and 13th generation Cores, but its specs are the same, with 6 large cores + 4 small cores and 4.6GHz core, for an MSRP of $221 (currently about CNY 1494).
The 13th-generation Core desktop processor is now available on JD.com, and the initial price of the i5-13400 is 1,889 CNY.
