Intel initially released the Meteor Lake processor in September this year. Officials say that the Intel Core Ultra processor, codenamed Meteor Lake, is a turning point in Intel’s client processor roadmap: for the first time, the processor adopts a core die design, using Intel4 process and Foveros packaging technology.
The core display of this series of processors will be a highlight. According to officials, the graphics module (GPU Tile) of the Intel Core Ultra 1st generation mobile processor integrates the Intel Sharp Graphics Architecture with a scale of 8Xe core. Officials say it can provide independent graphics-level performance in an integrated graphics card, support ray tracing and Intel XeSS, double the performance per watt. In addition, the new generation of core graphics has a higher frequency, and the frequency at the same voltage can directly hit more than 2GHz. The new core display is also optimized for DX12U, supports frame doubling function, and supports the new feature “Out of Order Sampling”.
Currently, Intel has not announced the specific model and parameter information of the Intel Core Ultra processor.
