Intel has now released the K-series processors of the 13th generation Core, the non-K series is expected to be released at CES early next year.
According to the data released by JAWARA media, in Cinebench R23 test, it is 5% faster than the previous generation i5-12400 in single-threaded and 29% faster in multi-threaded.
In addition, the Intel Core i5-13400 has a 20W increase in power consumption and a 1°C increase in temperature.
The Intel Core i5-13400 will be a 65W TDP mainstream-class processor with 6 large cores + 4 small cores up to 4.6GHz, reaching the level of the previous generation’s 125W TDP i5-12600K in terms of core count.
Previous scores show that the i5-13400 scored 729.3 points in the CPU-Z single-core test and 6591 points in the multi-core test, which are 3% and 31% higher than the i5-12400 and 6% lower than the i5-12600K respectively.
