Intel Announces NUC 13 Extreme Mini PC: Powered by 13th Generation Core

Intel announced the new Intel NUC 13 Extreme kit (codenamed Raptor Canyon) and Intel NUC 13 Extreme computing components, creating Intel’s most powerful NUC computer to date.

The NUC 13 Extreme is introduced with unclocked 13th generation Intel Core desktop processors and supports a new 3-slot 12-inch (~304.8mm) graphics card to bring higher performance to gaming enthusiasts and content creators.

Intel says the NUC 13 Extreme mini PC features an optimized thermal design, exceptional performance and never-before-seen features. The redesigned chassis optimizes airflow, not only maintaining the NUC mini PC’s signature compact form factor and footprint, but also ensuring that users can reduce noise and control airflow during intense gaming, content creation, and running other intense workloads.

The modular Intel NUC 13 Extreme mini PC delivers incredible performance with the 13th generation Intel i9 desktop processor. The processor features up to 8 performance cores, 16 power-efficient cores and 32 threads, and supports up to 5.8 GHz of RWD.

The Intel NUC 13 Extreme mini PC will debut in China first and is scheduled to be available to a wider range of users in Q4 2022 and to more markets in early 2023. The Intel NUC 13 Extreme Mini PC kit is priced between $1179 and $1549 (about RMB 11184), and the Intel NUC 13 Extreme computing components are priced between $760 and $1100 (about RMB 7942).
