According to Yuki Ansui-YuuKi_AnS’s latest tweet on the X (Twitter) platform, he shared Intel’s fifth-generation “Emerald Rapids” and sixth-generation “Granite Rapids” Xeon processor, and related specifications of the Raptor Lake Refresh processor.

Intel fifth-generation “Emerald Rapids” Xeon processors
It is reported that Intel’s fifth-generation Xeon processor is internally code-named “Emerald Rapids”, which is suitable for data centers and is equivalent to Raptor Lake on the desktop.

From a microarchitectural perspective, Emerald Rapids will use Raptor Cove cores and use the Intel 7 process node. Raptor Cove has a lower IPC boost than Golden Cove, and the expected performance gain is modest.
Emerald Rapids will provide 64 cores and 128 threads, 320MB cache, support for DDR5-5600 memory, and support up to 80 PCIe Gen5 lanes. Note: Most samples are now in the final stages of production and should hit shelves in the fourth quarter of 2023.
6th Generation “Granite Rapids” Xeon Processors
Granite Rapids is the trump card against AMD Genoa, labeled “ES1”, indicating that it is currently in early development stages, and can be equipped with up to 56 cores.

The SP model has 2 Compute Tiles, with a total of 80 or 88 P cores, and there should be 3 Compute Tiles versions, with a total of 120 or 132 P cores, supporting 8-channel DDR5-6400 memory.
Granite Rapids is expected to launch in the first half of 2024.
Sierra Forest
The Sierra Forest E-Core series is similar to Granite Rapids, based on the Intel 3 process, with a maximum of 144 cores, but it should be noted that these are efficiency cores, and 2 SKU versions have been found so far.

Sierra Forest will provide 96-core, 128-core and 144-core versions that support DDR5-5600 memory. These CPUs support dual-socket motherboard configurations, theoretically up to 288 cores. Since SMT is disabled, each core will only get 1 thread.
Raptor Lake Refresh
All processors below the i5-14600 will drop supported memory speeds from 5600 MT/s to 4800 MT/s. Since all CPUs are in the qualification phase.
