According to information obtained by foreign media wccftech, the detailed configuration of Intel’s 14th generation Meteor Lake-S and 15th generation Arrow Lake-S desktop CPUs has been leaked, providing us with information about various Information on models, number of cores, TDP and integrated graphics configuration.
Previously broke the information that Intel is preparing a new socket called “V”, which will provide support for at least two generations of desktop CPUs, Meteor Lake-S and Arrow Lake-S. The socket is very similar in size to the existing LGA 1700 socket but will offer more pins and add support for new/enhanced features.
According to the leaked PPT, it looks like Intel’s 14th Gen Meteor Lake-S desktop CPUs will take a step back and reduce the number of P cores (performance cores) while preserving the number of E cores (energy efficiency cores). The lineup listed in the chart includes five different SKU configurations, with the top model featuring up to 22 cores, including a combination of 6 P-cores and 16 E-cores.
The P-Core on the Meteor Lake CPUs is based on the new Redwood Cove architecture, while the E-Core will feature a Crestmont design, both of which are improved architectures. The full list of configurations includes:

The 15th-gen Arrow Lake-S differs from the 14th-gen Arrow Lake-S series in that all models that have been revealed have 24 CPU cores. Intel also appears to have retained the 4 Xe integrated graphics cores in Meteor Lake, but foreign media expect these cores to use the new Arc graphics architecture.
The PPT also shows that the 14th generation Meteor Lake CPUs will be based on the Intel 4 process, while the 15th generation Arrow Lake CPUs will use the Intel 20A process.
At the previous financial report meeting, Intel also announced the latest progress of its chip technology, and reiterated their previous goal, that is to achieve “Intel 7, Intel 4, Intel 3, Intel 20A and Intel within 4 years.” 18A” this 5th generation CPU technology.
According to reports, Intel 4 is moving towards the stage of mass production. The company expects to complete the tapeout of Meteor Lake in the fourth quarter.
