Intel 13th Gen Raptor Lake processor specifications leak online ahead of launch

After revealing the peak frequency of the coming Intel 13th Gen Raptor Lake processor, the company goes on to reveal its specifications. This coming flagship processor from the chip manufacturer is to be one of the most competitive in the market. Its peak frequency as well as its specifications prove true to this fact.

The specifications of this coming processor popped up on the company’s website for a short while. During that period, we were able to pick out a few strong points of the 13th Gen Raptor Lake Processor. Overall, this coming processor series will come with three chips, the Core i9-13900K, Core i7-13700K, and Core i5-13600K.

All three chips in the 13th Gen Raptor Lake processor series (not only the Core i9 entry) will feature a peak frequency of 6GHz. To achieve this maximum frequency, they will all make use of Intel’s Thermal Velocity Boost technology. The Core i9 will also have 24 cores and 32 threads, putting it in close competition with other rival flagship processors.

On their parts, the Core i7 and Core i5 will use 16 cores and 24 threads, 14 cores and 20 threads respectively. The coming Intel 13th Gen flagship processor series will get a performance improvement by up to 15% on the single-thread. Multi-thread performance of this new series will bump things up by 41% according to Intel’s calculations.

These processors are yet to launch, and the company has said nothing regarding their launch date. The company is holding its innovation event on September 27 and the new flagship processors might just grace the event. But we are certain that the Intel 13th Gen Raptor Lake processor will make a mark in the industry once it goes into use.
