Infinix has launched two of its new Note 12 series of smartphones, the Infinix Note 12 and Infinix Note 12 Pro 5G. Both are budget 5G-oriented smartphones offering features like an AMOLED panel and MediaTek Dimensity processor and much more.
Infinix Note 12 series; specifications and features
There are a lot of common specifications between the Infinix Note 12 and Note 12 Pro 5G. Both of them offer a 6.7-inches AMOLED display with 1080*2400 FHD+ pixel resolution, standard 60Hz refresh rate and classic waterdrop notch cutout for the selfie camera. Both the devices are powered by the same MediaTek Dimensity 810 5G chipset.
As for photography and videography, both the devices have a triple rear camera setup on the back. The vanilla model has a 50-megapixels primary sensor while the Note 12 Pro has a bigger 108-megapixels primary sensor. Rest two sensors are same on the both, which include a 2-megapixel depth sensor and an AI lens. A 16-megapixels front selfie snapper is housed in the waterdrop notch cutout.
The devices have a similar 5000mAh battery with up to 33W fast wired charging support. They will boot up on the company’s own XOS 10.6 based on the latest Android 12 out of the box. Additional features include dual stereo speaker switch DTS true surround sound support, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and all the major connective options.
Infinix Note 12 series; pricing and variants
The vanilla Infinix Note 12 5G comes in a 6GB+64GB variant and the Note 12 Pro 5G comes in an 8GB+128GB variant. They’re priced at INR 14,999 (~$189) and INR 17,999 (~$227) respectively. Both the devices will be available in Force Black and SnowFall White colour variants. The devices will go on sale in India starting July 14th, 2022 through Flipkart India.
