Ikea launched a waterproof portable Bluetooth speaker VAPPEBY, which has a playback time of 80 hours when fully charged. There are 3 colors for consumers to choose from.
VAPPEBY is compatible with iPhone, Android phone, computer or any other bluetooth-enabled device, and the biggest highlight is that it has IP67 standard, which can be fully submerged in 0.5 meters of water for 30 minutes.
Portable bluetooth speaker VAPPEBY supports pairing with the same model, with a playback time of 80 hours at 50% volume. The statement of IKEA designer Stjepan Begic attached is as follows:
"Users can use this speaker anywhere for a premium listening experience. The speaker has been designed with simplicity and clear functionality in mind, making it a very user-friendly solution. We hope customers will love this speaker and we hope it will add value to their lives by enabling them to enjoy a sound experience anywhere."
The speaker will be available in black, yellow and red in all global markets in April this year, but IKEA has not announced the price of the product.
