From what Hyundai announced on its official website, the introduction of the Hyundai XCIENT hydrogen-fueled heavy-duty truck is being introduced by seven companies in the logistics, manufacturing and retail sectors in Germany. Since it is a 0 carbon emission heavy truck, these 7 companies will also receive subsidies from the German Federal Ministry of Digitization and Transport.

XCIENT is a hydrogen fuel cell heavy truck launched by Hyundai in 2020, equipped with a 180 kW hydrogen fuel cell system. The vehicle is equipped with seven hydrogen fuel tanks that can store about 31 kg of fuel, and depending on the ambient temperature, it takes 8-20 minutes to fill a hydrogen fuel tank and can travel 400 km after a full refill.
