Hyundai shares teaser images suggest two new Ns

More than a week ahead of July 15th, the day that the “N” division took place as a dedicated sports car part of Hyundai, the company has shared a pair of teasers that reveal its newest N models. To the surprise of Hyundai’s fans, each image reveals a separate car hinting at not one but two new performance cars. As a part of the N division, Hyundai has launched some of the coolest cars it has ever manufactured, including the i30N. And these upcoming models would certainly be as much fun as the previous models.

The teaser image suggests it is Ioniq 5N

The first teaser image reveals just a blurry shot of a car that races down a circuit. Yet this one is an easy guess. It ought to be the hotter variant of the Ioniq 5, the Ioniq 5N that we very recently witnessed doing rounds at the Nurburgring. From the pre-production prototypes of this car that Hyundai has been testing, it is most likely that the car will use a powertrain similar to the one on Kia EV6 GT.

The second teaser image could possibly be of a secong upcoming N model

The second teaser image is a car under covers and thus wrapped in mystery. But with the shape revealed one can’t miss that it is a racing car. The proportions of the car that we can make out from the image suggest it to be a two-seater. It seems to carry a long bonnet, is low lying and has a giant wing at the back. By claiming it to be ‘the future of N with legacy’, the clearest cue the company is revealing is that car could be a fully-electric one.

There are chances that we are completely wrong in guessing this to be a second car and it could very well be the Ioniq 5 with its blue exterior shade paint kept under wraps. With July 15th not far away we are certain more clues would get uncovered for us very soon.
