The Huawei Nova 10z steps into the Chinese smartphone maker’s array of budget devices. This device recently popped up on the company’s official website. Let us now take a look at the specifications and pricing of this mid-range budget device.

Some of the strong retail points of this device are its charging speed and camera abilities. The processor on this device is one of Huawei’s Kirin processors and does not support 5G connectivity. All around, this device ticks all the necessary checkboxes to comfortably land as a mid-range budget device.

- Processor: Huawei Kirin octa-core processor.
- Storage: 128GB, 256GB ROM. The company did not specify the amount of RAM this device comes with, but, we are expecting a maximum of 8GB RAM.

- Front Camera: 16MP front-facing camera.
- Battery: 4000mAh battery with 40W Super Fast charge.

In terms of design, Huawei slaps on a dot-in screen with narrow bezels along three sides, and the bezel on the chin is fatter than all other bezels. On its back, the company makes use of a familiar design but not reminiscent of the Nova 10 series. The design tilts towards what we see on the more recent Huawei Enjoy 50 and Nova 8 SE Youth.
Huawei Nova 10z price and availability
Currently, this device is available for pre-order on the Huawei VMALL online store. It will start shipping before September 26 in China, other regions will get this device sometime later. The available colour options on this device are Magic Night Black, Emerald, and Frost Silver.
The retail price begins at 1,599 Yuan (~$230) for the 128GB model and 1,799 Yuan (~$260) for the 256GB model. It will ship with a full retail box package, as Huawei isn’t leaving out any basic accessories. This device will join the more premium entries in the Nova series as a more affordable option.
