Huawei Mate50 Series 5G Communication Case listing spotted: Priced RMB 799

The three new Huawei Mate50 series officially debuted with a starting price of RMB 4,999. This time, the Huawei Mate50 series has made up for its lack in performance, with all three equipped with Snapdragon 8+ 4G versions, in the first tier Android camp, with only a slight regret that they don’t support 5G.

This regret is not irreparable though, as three 5G communication cases for the Mate50 series have already been listed in China Telecom’s terminal product library, where the manufacturer is still shown as Digital Source Technology, priced at RMB 799.

The communication case is said to have a built-in ZTE UDX710 5G chip with a 1.35GHz dual-core A55 CPU and support for 5G SA networking with a downlink rate of 1.9Gbps and an uplink of 750Mbps.

With the case, you can use the 5G network via eSIM, and the signal bar display and so on will be deeply integrated with the system, without causing any fragmentation in usage.

It is worth mentioning that according to the product descriptions of third-party merchants in Jingdong, the Mate50 Standard Edition and Mate50 E 5G cases can be used together, meaning that all four models in the range can be connected to 5G.

The specific dimensions of the cases are as follows.

Huawei Mate 50, Mate 50E 5G communication case: 167.2mm x 79.5mm x 13.6mm; weighs 53g

Huawei Mate 50 Pro 5G communication case: 167.8mm x 78.1mm x 14.1mm; weight 53g

Huawei Mate 50 RS 5G Communication Case: 167.8mm x 78.1mm x 14.1mm; weight 58g
