Huawei executive director Yu Chengdong announced at the meeting that Huawei HarmonyOS 4.0 will be released this fall.
For reference, Harmony OS 3.0 was released in July last year, and the scale upgrade was launched in September. If there is no accident, HarmonyOS 4.0 will be unveiled together with the Huawei Mate 60 series in September.
It is understood that Harmony OS 4.0 will realize multi-person, multi-device, multi-screen and multi-sound zones in the car, support six-sound zone sound source positioning, and concurrent control of multiple people, multi-screen and multi-sound zones. Compared with Harmony 2.0/3.0, Harmony OS 4.0 also realizes eye position tracking and eye state recognition in the cabin, and supports multi-screen, multi-channel two-way streaming, and multi-screen cross-device projection.
It is worth mentioning that the voice of Harmony OS 4.0 smart cockpit will also be greatly upgraded, and the training results of Huawei’s large model will be used, and Xiaoyi’s voice will be more intelligent.
