Huawei and Honor new tablets have passed the 3C certification

Two new tablets from Huawei and Honor have passed 3C certification and might launch soon. The certification document carries little information on the two tablets. Such information as to their charging speeds and factory of production.

Both devices share the same factory of production, which is the Huizhou Guangdong Technology Co. Ltd. The first tablet on the list is the Honor HEY-W09, which comes with a charging speed of 22.5W. The second tablet is the Huawei GOT-W09, which will come with a 40W charging speed.

The charging speeds on the coming tablet from Huawei might be flagship-level tablets. We can make this conclusion after a close comparison with previous tablets from the company.

Taking into consideration the tablet model from Huawei, which will come with a 40W fast charge. This is the same charging speed we see on the MatePad Pro 12.6 (2021) and this tablet retails for 5,000 yuan (~$748). Other more affordable MatePad models come with lesser charging speeds.

On the side of Honor, they aren’t a company known for the regular release of tablets, unlike its parent company. Rumours regarding this Honor tablet on the 3C listing page already claim it’d come with a MediaTek XunKun processor. This processor line-up is ideal for tablets and laptops, among the series is the MediaTek 900T. The 1300T is also a member of the XunKun processor line and powers the Honor V7 Pro from last year.

The launch of these tablets will take place in the coming months. Possibly, the Huawei tablet might launch together with the Mate 50 series in the month of August. Information on the specifications, features, pricing, and availability of these tablets will be made known by Huawei and Honor respectively.
