According to Mysmartprice, HTC is about to launch a new smartphone in at least three countries or regions. This mysterious HTC phone has passed Bluetooth SIG certification, and some specifications have also been exposed.
The Bluetooth SIG certification website shows that this upcoming HTC phone has three models, namely 2QC9200, 2QC9100 and 2QCB100, which will support Bluetooth 5.2 and Wi-Fi 6E.
According to reports, this HTC phone will be equipped with a Qualcomm chip, but the specific model is not yet known. Further inquiries revealed that the HTC phone will feature FastConnect 6700, Qualcomm’s 14nm 2×2 mobile connectivity system that speeds up Wi-Fi connections for smartphones and computing devices. The system supports Wi-Fi 6E with speeds up to 3Gbps.
Currently, FastConnect 6700 is only integrated in three Qualcomm chips, namely Snapdragon 778, Snapdragon 778+ and Snapdragon 7 Gen 1. Therefore, the phone is likely to use one of these chips.
