HTC offers users trade-in compensation of RMB 1888 in exchange for Old VIVE

From July 1st to September 30th this year, users can use the VIVE consumer version purchased through domestic formal channels to exchange for the new VIVE Pro professional version.   • Based on the new design and improved version of the VIVE Pro headband, it balances the weight distribution of the headset and reduces the discomfort caused by the experiencer wearing it for a long time
  • The new Hi-Res built-in headphones support better audio effects and realize 360° precise spatial sound effects through the VIVE SDK
  • Dual microphones and dual front-facing cameras specially designed for developers, enabling the development of voice input, as well as supporting basic MR development, and fully supported gesture recognition
  • The VIVE Pro professional version headset can support SteamVR 2.0 base stations and handles (need to be purchased separately) to achieve a larger tracking and positioning range. From the original 3m x 4m positioning range of the original base station, it can be upgraded to two 2.0 base station positioning ranges5 m x 5 m, four 2.0 base stations with a positioning range of 10 m x 10 m

The HTC Vive consumer version of the virtual reality headset set was released in 2016 for $799 (currently about 5801 yuan). The kit includes the head-mounted display, two wireless controllers, a pair of Vive base stations, a Vive connection box, and a pair of Vive earbuds.
