At the same time, Hozon Automobile and Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks signed a memorandum of cooperation at the Kao Kun Convention Center in Hong Kong. Hozon Automobile will establish its international headquarters in the Hong Kong Science Park.
It plans to gradually invest approximately 3.2 billion yuan in the next five years to build an intelligent R&D center and a big data center with an area of more than 40,000 square feet.
It is expected to employ nearly 600 R&D talents, attract more new technological innovation talents to settle in the Science Park, and help link industries between Hong Kong and the Mainland.
Hozon Automobile will seek an equity investment plan of US$200 million in Hong Kong.
