Hookii launches Neomow X Robotic lawn mower, controllable with phone

Hookii launched the Neomow X Robotic lawn mower new product. The product uses LIDAR SLAM navigation with obstacle avoidance technology, which is said to be suitable for lawns up to 5,000 square meters in area and can be controlled through a smartphone app.

The Neomow X is described as using LiDAR SLAM navigation to efficiently mow lawns without the need for peripheral boundary lines. In addition, smart obstacle avoidance tools ensure that larger plants, trees and animals are detected so that you can safely move around them.

Users can manage multiple zones and adjust the cutting height between 30 and 85 millimeters (about 1.2 to 3.3 inches) in the included mobile app.

The front-wheel drive Neomow X is suitable for lawns up to 5,000 square meters and cuts 300 square meters per hour with a blade width of 280 mm. In addition, the machine is equipped with four large wheels for improved traction, which officials say is sufficient for slopes up to 45° or uneven terrain.

In terms of battery life, the Neomow X battery lasts two to three hours on a single charge, and takes three hours to recharge, and when fully charged the robot automatically returns to where it last mowed the lawn.
