The latest entry into the Chinese smartphone industry, the Honor Play 6C, comes with a 5G processor and other exciting features. This is a budget-level device with specifications that make it a bit more competitive than a few other options in its price range. The new device is succeeding the Honor Play 6T Pro that became official back in the month of April.

For this new device, Honor took into consideration its battery and performance, hence enabling it to be more appealing to a wide variety of users. There is also a focus on gamers as this device from Honor comes with a Turbo X engine for game enhancement. Here are the specifications of Honor’s new budget-friendly device:

In terms of its design and overall build, the Honor Play 6C has a rear camera cutout design similar to what we see on the iPhone 12. The device’s screen launches with a waterdrop display housing the front-facing camera lens. In addition to the specifications of this device, the company also throws on a Turbo X system, which helps with smooth network integration and a better gaming experience.

This new budget-level device from Honor made its first official appearance on the company’s Chinese site and is available for purchase. We are not aware of the presence of this device in other regions, the coming weeks will clear the air regarding availability. Colour options on the new Honor Play device are Titanium Empty Silver, Aurora Blue, and Magic Night Black. The pricing of this device starts at 1,099 Yuan (~$154) for the 6GB storage option and 1,299 Yuan (~$183) for the 8GB storage option.
