The official Weibo of Honor phone has announced that the Honor 90 series phones will be released at 14:30 on May 29. The promotional video shows the design of the new Honor 90 series phones, with rear upper and lower rings. It is expected that the rear panel will also adopt a special crystal design and bring new color schemes, using different textures with contrasting color designs.
Honor Mobile officially stated that the Honor 90 series phones are equipped with a “200-megapixel photo camera”, a “zero-risk dimming eye protection screen”, and a built-in 5000mAh battery.
According to Weibo blogger @Digital chat station, the Honor 90 phone is equipped with a 2.5GHz Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chip (SM7450), and the Honor 90 Pro phone is equipped with a 3.0GHz Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip (SM8475). Equipped with a 3840Hz PWM eye-protecting curved screen, the whole series comes standard with a 200-megapixel main camera, and the whole series comes standard with a 5000mAh battery.
According to the news, the Honor 90 series will use a 3840Hz PWM zero-risk dimming eye protection screen and a 1.5K high-frequency dimming centered dual-hole curved screen. The main cameras of Honor 90 and Honor 90 Pro are both Samsung HP3 sensors, which are not cut into 160 million pixels like the previous generation (Honor 80 series), this time it is native 200MP (1/1.4 inch, f / 1.9 aperture), and 68mm f/2.4 2.5X Medium focus for portraits.
The Honor 90 series appeared on the official website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in April. The Honor 90 model is REA-AN00, and the Honor 90 Pro model is REP-AN00; the Honor 90 and Honor 90 Pro have appeared in the National Quality Certification Center, respectively. It is equipped with a 66W charger and a 100W charger, of which the Honor 90 Pro supports a 20V / 4.5A 90W fast charging protocol.
