After the popular game “Hogwarts Legacy” landed on the PC, Xbox Series S|X and PlayStation 5 platforms on February 10 this year, it was released yesterday officially landed on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 game consoles, and the Switch ported version will be launched on July 25.
Game developer Avalanche Software also released a patch for the game today for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S game consoles and PC platforms. In addition to fixing more than 500 bugs, the biggest highlight is the introduction of spider phobia mode.
There are spiders in many tombs and fields in the game “The Legacy of Hogwarts”. There are even huge spiders in the Forbidden Forest. Some players will have arachnophobia. After installing the new update and enabling the spider phobia mode, the attached effect is as follows:
Changes the appearance of all enemy spiders
Reduces and eliminates spider scratches and squeals
Removed effects and sounds from small spiders walking on the ground
Hide stationary spider corpses
Collisions are still present to prevent players from getting stuck when toggling this setting
