HIBY R3Pro music player ushered in the V2.2 firmware update, fixing a problem that greatly affects the experience.
The official announcement said that this update fixes the problem of fast song cutting and the sound may get stuck or dying and can enter the system settings, enter “system upgrade”, select “network upgrade”, and wait for the download to finish to automatically install the update.
The R3Pro is divided into a normal version and a Saber version, the only difference is the DAC chip. The normal version uses dual CS43131 DACs, while the Saber version uses dual ES9218P DACs, with higher resolution, a higher output power of 280mW, and THD+N as low as 0.0003%. The player is equipped with a high-performance FPGA chip, and two Japanese NDK low-phase noise active crystals adapted to different sample rates of music. The player uses the custom system of Haibei Music with touch operation.
The most important feature of R3Pro is its rich input and output functions. On the input side, it supports Bluetooth, USB decoding and DLNA / Airplay with a WiFi signal, and can be used as a digital audio turntable. On the output side, it not only has balanced and single-ended analog output but also USB audio output, digital coaxial output, and Bluetooth LDAC transmit function, which can connect to a high-quality desktop decoder while receiving various digital audio signals. The player does not have built-in storage, you need to use the TF card to store music.
For Bluetooth, the R3Pro series uses Bluetooth 5.0, which supports LDAC / AAC / SBC / aptX protocols, as well as, the R3Pro’s own UAT audio transmission protocol. This protocol can be combined with the cell phone HaiBei music App, Bluetooth 1.2Mbps transmission, and audio sampling rate of up to 192kHz.
