Bloomberg Mark Gurman (Gurman) reiterated the recent reports about the iPhone 15 pricing. The iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max screens will use a new technology: low-injection pressure over-moulding, which Apple calls “LIPO”. For the Apple Watch, Gurman expects improved chip specs for the Series 9 and Ultra, but no SE this year. Gurman said Apple tested a dark grey titanium colourway for the Apple Watch Ultra last year, but it was cancelled at launch, and the Ultra version is expected to include the dark grey this year.

It is understood that Apple expects to ship around 85 million iPhone 15 units this year, roughly the same as the iPhone 14 at the same time last year. Barclays analyst Tim Long previously predicted that the iPhone 15 Pro would cost $100 more than the iPhone 14 Pro, and the iPhone 15 Pro Max would cost $100 to $200 more than the iPhone 14 Pro Max.
