Great Wall Motor released July production and sales data, sales of new cars were 109,091 units in the month, an increase of 7.03%; new energy model sales of 28,920 units, sales accounted for 26.51%, are record high; overseas sales of 27,007 units, an increase of 83.6%, for five consecutive months to achieve overseas sales exceeded 20,000 units mark.
sales by brand:
- Haval brand sold 62,967 units, of which 10,105 units were sold by Haval New Energy.
- Wei brand new energy brand overall sales of 6652 units, Wei brand blue mountain sales of 5566 units, for three consecutive months to maintain chain growth, listed so far cumulative sales reached 17258 units.
- Sales of the Ola brand reached 10,116 units, a year-on-year increase of 14.58%.
- The Tank brand sold 13,490 units, an increase of 8.15% year-on-year, of which 2,023 units of the Tank 500 Hi4-T were sold, with total orders exceeding 8,000 units.
- Great Wall pickup trucks sold 15,841 units, with total sales of 118,437 units from January to July, a year-on-year increase of 6.97%. Great Wall Cannon sold 11,432 units in July, with sales volume exceeding 10,000 units for 35 months in total.

It is worth mentioning that Great Wall Motor (GWM) successfully entered the Vietnamese market with the launch of the GWM brand in Hanoi, the listing of the global model Haval H6 HEV in Vietnam, and the opening of the first GWM store in Vietnam.
Great Wall Motor said that the Vietnam market, as an important part of the ASEAN region, the brand launch, product listing and the opening of the first store further consolidated Great Wall Motor’s position in the ASEAN market, and demonstrated the determination and ability of the Chinese automobile brand to go to the international market.
