Google has confirmed that it will hold a hardware event on October 6 to unveil a number of chips, including the Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro and Pixel Watch. Ahead of the event, Google has officially teased the design of the Pixel 7 Pro.
The video shows the Pixel 7 Pro from several angles and comes in Obsidian (black/dark grey), Snow (white), and Hazel (a color in between black and white). It’s a short video teaser, but it helps turn up the heat. all the specs of the Pixel 7 Pro have been fully revealed, it’s expected to be powered by the Tensor G2 SoC and will offer 12GB of RAM and 128 or 256GB of storage.
There are three cameras on the back, a 50 MP main camera, a 12 MP ultra-wide angle and a 48 MP telephoto, and there will be a new sensor, the Samsung GM1, rather than the Sony IMX586 that was in the Pixel 6 Pro last year. The selfie camera will still have an 11-Megapixel resolution, but the sensor change (the new Samsung 3J1) will mean that it can autofocus.
