Tab grouping is a function that facilitates users to manage browser content. It is currently available in mainstream products such as Chrome and Edge.
According to the latest improvements discovered by @Leopeva64, Google Chrome has tested an automatic grouping of tabs feature in the Canary version, but currently only the operation interface can be seen and cannot be actually used.
According to the user interface, the new feature can automatically organize similar tabs for users, and the group names can be customized. Because it has not been actually launched yet, it is impossible to test the effect.
It is found that Microsoft Edge browser has taken the lead in launching similar functions, launching “Group similar tabs (preview version)”, which can group tabs through AI and support customizing the name and icon of each group.
