Google recently updated the Canary channel’s latest Chrome browser, by enabling experimental Flag content, in the untraceable mode to support hidden media data.
After enabling the “Hide media metadata when in Incognito” experimental flag, when users access multimedia resources such as YouTube in Incognito Mode, the title, source and other related information of the media will not be displayed, but only “A A site is playing media” (there is a site playing media content).
This experimental Flag primarily calls the MediaSessionClient API to hide media metadata and show placeholders, and this update is available for Mac, Windows, Linux, ChromeOS, Fuchsia, and Lacros.
