Google adds .rsvp domains to Google Registry for the holiday season

0

Google announced that customers can offer .rsvp domains through the Google Registry. The company says the new secure top-level domain is ideal for the holiday season when people and organizations may want to host events and guests need to confirm their attendance.

The search giant has produced a new web page called get. rsvp where you can check to see if your ideal domain name is available. Now, current purchasers must be part of the early access program to get the desired domain name, and there are additional fees to pay. This fee will be reduced as November 15 approaches, and on that date, .rsvp domains will be available for purchase by the public through a variety of registrars.

In addition to explaining to visitors that the site is associated with various upcoming annoying events, Google says that the domains are security-inclusive to begin with and memorable due to their descriptive .rsvp domain names, thanks to HSTS. In terms of security, since .rsvp is included in the HSTS preload list, all connections to the domain will be forced to use HTTPS, without any HSTS registration or configuration.

If you are interested in purchasing one of these domains, simply click on the domain name you want on the get.rsvp website and you will see a range of providers who are selling the domain name of your choice: https://get.rsvp/
