God of War Ragnarok has been officially released on November 9, the game received the unanimous praise of players and media, but recently many players who bought the collector’s edition encountered a bad thing because they found that the collector’s edition box received everything, there is no game body.
God of War Ragnarok collector’s edition should contain “God of War Twilight of the Gods” PS4 and PS5 digital version of the game redemption vouchers, an iron box (does not include the game disc), 2-inch Vanir twin sculptures, a dwarf dice set, 40 cent Thor weapon Mjölnir replica.
Some players who bought the Collector’s Edition complained on social media platforms that there was no game redemption code inside the Collector’s Edition box, and others reported that people who bought the PS5 version received the PS4 version, even though the redemption code list clearly marked that it was the PS5 version, which made players have to spend an extra $10 to upgrade to the PS5 version. Players also reported that the box did not open the game, but opened two identical digital special codes.
Some players have set up a Twitter account specifically to collect related problems by retweeting and asked Sony to give a solution, which has not yet been officially responded to.
