Geely Automobile announced its sales in August. It sold 152,626 vehicles in the month, compared with 122,635 vehicles in the same period last year, a year-on-year increase of 24%. Among them, the sales volume of pure electric vehicles was 31,652 units, a year-on-year increase of 13%; the sales volume of plug-in hybrid vehicles was 15,647 units, a year-on-year increase of 65%; the export volume was 24,713 units, a year-on-year increase of 26%.
Geely Automobile sold 984,806 vehicles from January to August, a year-on-year increase of 15%. Among them, the sales volume of pure electric vehicles was 195,573 units, 44%; the sales volume of plug-in hybrid vehicles was 50,629 units, a year-on-year increase of 17%; the export volume was 166,380 units, a year-on-year increase of 38%.
