Garmin officially released the Venu 3 smartwatch today. Its highlight is that in addition to recording body movements, it can analyze sleep quality in more detail and improve recovery efficiency such as stretching after exercise. Another highlight is that it can last for 14 days when fully charged.
One of the highlights of Venu 3 is that it retains the rotating bezel with a size of 45mm, a 22mm strap, and a weight of 46 grams. There are two colors for consumers to choose from: black and white.
Venu 3 is the first Garmin watch to support wheelchair mode, which can track thrust and is a workout mode specifically designed for wheelchair users.
The Venu 3S measures 41mm, with an 18mm strap, comes in four colors: gold, pink, black and white, weighs 40 grams, and has a battery life of 10 days.
