The GAC Trumpchi E9 Champion Edition model was launched today. The new car launched a total of 1 model with a guide price of 349,800 CNY, positioned between the existing models E9 PRO and E9 MAX.
Currently, there are 3 models of Trumpchi E9 on sale, each of which adopts two different styles of front face design: the PRO and MAX models have the front face of “Kunpeng Spreading Wings”, and the Grand Master version has the front face of “Oriental Lion”. The Champion Edition model launched this time adopts the “Oriental Lion” front face, and its configuration is slightly improved compared with the Trumpchi E9 PRO model.
The styling design of the car continues to maintain the style of the current model, and the overall look is relatively stable. At the same time, straight lines are added to many places on the body to add a part of the aggressive atmosphere.
The interior of the new car offers two interior styles: “Clouds and Pearls” and “Opera Palace”. The latter can be designed with a black roof in the cabin. In terms of configuration, the new car provides a combination of 12.3-inch instrumentation + 14.6-inch floating central control screen + 12.3-inch passenger entertainment screen.
Compared with the E9 PRO model, the new car has many configuration upgrades, which are organized as follows:
A new one-button SPA mode is added, and the rear passenger seat can be adjusted with one button
Added manual sunshades and small table boards for the second row of side windows
One row of headrests supports 4-way adjustment
The second-row "first-class" seats support memory function and are equipped with functions such as electric slide rails, welcome mode, and one-button recovery
The seat material has been upgraded from a mix of leather / suede material to genuine leatherIn terms of power, the car is equipped with GAC Trumpchi’s self-developed 2.0TM hybrid engine with a maximum power of 140kW and a peak torque of 330N m. With the intervention of the electric motor, the combined power can reach 274kW and the peak torque is 630N m.
In addition, its battery capacity is 25.57kWh, the WLTC working condition has a fuel consumption of 6.05 liters per 100 kilometers, the CLTC working condition has a battery life of 136 kilometers, and the comprehensive working condition has a battery life of 1032 kilometers.
